To get an idea for yourself, here are some simple rules:
Some rules must be followed before ordering from a site:
1- Check if there are reviews online.2- Verify at the bottom of the page if the MANDATORY legal notices are present, see THIS PAGE.
Simple rule: NO LEGAL NOTICES, DO NOT ORDER.
3- Check if a postal address is present as well as a phone number and email to be able to contact the site in case of a problem.
4- If a postal address is indicated, check if this address exists on https://www.google.com/maps/?ucbcb=1
5- Go to this site enter the homepage address of the site you wish to order from to see its location and age.
6- When ordering from a foreign site, recourse in case of problems is often impossible.
7- Very low prices are a sign of counterfeit goods of very poor quality and sometimes scams (you never receive the items).

Sorry that you encountered issues; for my part, I was delivered on time, and contrary to what I've read, I am just a simple customer and not someone from the company. I was actually quite worried about the dreadful comments I came across after paying for and receiving my order, thinking I would run into all sorts of problems when, in fact, not at all—nothing was broken, missing, or damaged; everything was included in the packages. The only downside is that assembly is lengthy, but that's specified. For us, it took 8 hours with just one installer, but the quality is there. The result is very nice, and we are very happy. If you don't like it, don't spoil it for others; it's a very good value for the price. Unfortunately, there is no phone number or address to contact them, but the secretary calls back right away; this could be a problem for after-sales service, and to demonstrate the seriousness of their company, they should at least mention their number. It's a shame for them as it causes confusion.
Philippe The casanoov site is very good, we had delivery issues, they were very responsive and quickly sent us the defective parts back. Then for the assembly, they also quickly answered the questions asked. The site is very serious, which we easily recommend.

I just ordered a gate on the website, received it in 5 days, assembly was great. There was a defective slat, and the website responded and sent a replacement slat really, I can only recommend this site based on my first order.

Good evening, I am very happy, quick, and that is a good quality, and for the editing, well detailed.
I ordered a gate from them. It was delivered within 48 hours. I didn't have any particular issues during the assembly and the instructions and parts are labeled, which greatly facilitates the assembly. Three days later, I noticed that the price of the same gate had dropped by €100, without any promotions. So, I sent an email to explain this price difference just three days later. They responded and refunded me €100. It's yet to be seen over time regarding the quality of the powder coating in particular, but as far as I'm concerned, I'm satisfied with this site.

It was delivered a bit late and the assembly was very tedious but it's good material at a very good price. Overall, I am very satisfied.

You need to be a good handyman, but when you find the slightest defect on an item, you contact customer service via the website and the item is sent to you within 48 hours.
I reported a defect on Sunday via the site, and the defective item was delivered to me today.

We ordered a sliding aluminum gate. Delivery was faster than expected but the package was damaged. I contacted customer service via email and received a very quick response. I sent photos of the damaged products and one week later I received the new products. I found them very professional and quick in managing this issue.
Anyway, I adapted the motorization from my old gate to it, it's perfect, impeccable.
So there you go, if you think about the assembly, pre-drilling for self-tapping screws, and being careful not to damage everything, it's a gate of average quality, but we know that when purchasing for the price.
Personally, I buy cheap and change regularly so I don't get bored of seeing the same things.
So for me, everything went very well, a lot of negative comments, because people complain when things go wrong, and never comment if it's perfect.
So for me, it's perfect.
Casanov sells thousands of gates and only 200 or 300 negative comments.
It's up to you now.
