6- When ordering from a foreign site, recourse in case of problems is often impossible.
7- Very low prices are a sign of counterfeit goods of very poor quality and sometimes scams (you never receive the items).

For my part, the site is interesting and the price is more than interesting; after that, we manage, you get what you pay for; for the rest, you just have to be lucky.

Sorry that you encountered issues; for my part, I was delivered on time, and contrary to what I've read, I am just a simple customer and not someone from the company. I was actually quite worried about the dreadful comments I came across after paying for and receiving my order, thinking I would run into all sorts of problems when, in fact, not at all—nothing was broken, missing, or damaged; everything was included in the packages. The only downside is that assembly is lengthy, but that's specified. For us, it took 8 hours with just one installer, but the quality is there. The result is very nice, and we are very happy. If you don't like it, don't spoil it for others; it's a very good value for the price. Unfortunately, there is no phone number or address to contact them, but the secretary calls back right away; this could be a problem for after-sales service, and to demonstrate the seriousness of their company, they should at least mention their number. It's a shame for them as it causes confusion.

I ordered a gate from them. It was delivered within 48 hours. I didn't have any particular issues during the assembly and the instructions and parts are labeled, which greatly facilitates the assembly. Three days later, I noticed that the price of the same gate had dropped by €100, without any promotions. So, I sent an email to explain this price difference just three days later. They responded and refunded me €100. It's yet to be seen over time regarding the quality of the powder coating in particular, but as far as I'm concerned, I'm satisfied with this site.

We ordered a sliding aluminum gate. Delivery was faster than expected but the package was damaged. I contacted customer service via email and received a very quick response. I sent photos of the damaged products and one week later I received the new products. I found them very professional and quick in managing this issue.

Hello, I bought a Casanov gate, I was worried given the comments, but surprise, I received it in a week, in new condition, not damaged, I assembled it in 3 hours, you still need to be a skilled DIYer.
Anyway, I adapted the motorization from my old gate to it, it's perfect, impeccable.
So there you go, if you think about the assembly, pre-drilling for self-tapping screws, and being careful not to damage everything, it's a gate of average quality, but we know that when purchasing for the price.
Personally, I buy cheap and change regularly so I don't get bored of seeing the same things.
So for me, everything went very well, a lot of negative comments, because people complain when things go wrong, and never comment if it's perfect.
So for me, it's perfect.
Casanov sells thousands of gates and only 200 or 300 negative comments.
It's up to you now.
