Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a new HP Deskjet 3639 printer, but unfortunately, the installation CD is missing from the packaging.
I have correctly installed the ink cartridges and followed the instructions to download the installation software, but it failed because my desktop PC is equipped with Windows Vista 64-bit, so I received a message during the download from HP stating it's incompatible with Vista.
Could someone come to my rescue and let me know if there is a solution, or should I return the printer to the reseller?

Thank you very much for your help...

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 81.0.4044.138

    Hello lolomasc,
Or directly here ►DJ3630/DJ3630_61.exe the driver/software suite for Vista 64 bits.
In the event that the printer is currently connected to the PC via USB, unplug it and restart the computer before proceeding with the installation of the driver/software suite.
    Best regards.
