1) Place the ink cartridge vertically in a cup with 3 cm of boiling water at the bottom.
The cartridge should be in the same position as it is when positioned in the printer.
Let it soak in the water for 30 minutes.
2) Rotate the cartridge 90° (horizontal position) and run it under the hottest tap water possible, with the water flowing at full force.
Make sure the water flows over the print heads (the copper part at the bottom of the cartridge).
The water should flow in the same direction as the print lines of the nozzle.
Leave it under the hot tap water until all 3 colors (red, blue, yellow) come out of the nozzle.
This may take a little time (several minutes)
3) Let it air dry for about 30 minutes. </underline>
I followed this "recipe" PERFECTLY: it works again after another cleaning of the heads.

After soaking, I have all the colors.
Note that step two didn't work: there was no color running...
But in the end, it's all good.
