Meetic: credit card payment with deleted account :-(

Hello everyone,
There are many messages here on this topic, but they mainly concern renewal issues.
I have a different problem; I made a mistake. I closed my Disons Demain account and forgot to cancel the monthly payment. So yesterday, I received their payment by credit card, and since my account no longer exists, I can't delete it.
What should I do, please? Neither the DD website nor Meetic's offers a way to contact them (or it’s well hidden).

    For the contact details for Meetic, see the response given here:

    And for Disons Demain, there should be a link to => contact on their site (often at the bottom of the page, sometimes in the FAQ)

    After that, for the cancellation conditions, you need to check the T&Cs of these sites.... And don't block the payments unless you are sure you don't owe them anything, to avoid ending up with a collection agency that will come to "ruin your life".....

    Thank you for your response and the information provided.
    As for blocking a debit on credit card, unfortunately, that does not exist.
    I had to report my card lost this morning to prevent unauthorized future withdrawals.

      For the withdrawals, I hadn't noticed the "payment method"...

      We'll see if you properly canceled in accordance with the rules (in case of contractual obligations, which I'm unaware of) so that they don't keep pestering you.....

    I subscribed to MEETIC for a while several years ago, then decided not to continue.
    I just returned from vacation, checked my bank account, and saw a charge of 95.50 euros from MEETIC even though I haven’t visited that site at all!
    I just informed my bank; it’s fraud.
    I’m waiting for a response from my advisor.
    Notify your bank if there’s an irregular charge on your account.
