Hello,

I have just been charged €79 and then €81 by the Levallois Perret site.

Payments made by card, I have never conducted these transactions.

What should I do? I am panicking.

Hello..
Still some unwanted fallout from free trials or 1-euro offers on shady sites like porn, weight loss schemes, or fortune telling..
Or even fraudulent use of credit card info following their 'theft'..
Depending on the source of the problem, the treatment can be very different...
For now, follow Selma's advice (Identification of the site..) and then come back to the Forum..

I just had my credit card hacked by Kapten in Levallois 92. Be careful with small repeated amounts. I'm going to file a complaint with the police and report it to my bank to get refunded. Good luck to you.

I had a charge from VP Levallois Perret, it is for Veepee, previously it was Ventes Privées. So this is not a scam as I had indeed ordered from them.

Hello,
I have the same problem with this company that I don't know; 4 small withdrawals in April. I have put a stop payment with my bank and filed a complaint with the gendarmerie; it's in progress, and now I have a new withdrawal of 89€ that the bank did not block!!!

Another scam victim: charges of 45 and 25.52 on my credit card dated October 11, 2019, by Kapten Levallois-Perret. I have never had any contact with or know this company... What to do other than refer to the issuing bank of the credit card? File a complaint? A waste of time and the police are overwhelmed!
