Hello,
I recently switched to a local Microsoft account: since then, I can't access several applications, always getting the response: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" but only the "No" option appears, the "Yes" option is missing... thanks to everyone for your help.

Hi,
Your account is no longer an administrator.
If you have another account that is, log into that one.
Press Windows + R
type netplwiz and hit OK.
Select the problematic account then properties
Tab group membership and set it to the administrators group.
From a Live CD, you can change a standard account to an administrator or create a local administrator account.
A Live CD is a USB drive that you create that allows the computer to boot from it for troubleshooting.
Among these troubleshooting options, you can modify Windows accounts (password loss or administrator) with Password Renew Sala.
See this link: https://www.malekal.com/retrouver-acces-compte-administrateur-windows/
So if you're not used to it and not very tech-savvy, it's a bit complicated.
Otherwise, you'll need to reinstall Windows.
To avoid this type of problem, I recommend configuring two administrator accounts.
You'll have a backup in case you no longer have access to the other one.
