Hello,

yesterday I created an administrator account (without a password) on my laptop. I already had a user account with a password. When I turned off and then turned on my PC, I found myself directly on the new desktop of the administrator account.
The PC didn't offer me the option to choose between the two accounts to log in!

How can I retrieve the existing user account, please ??

    Hi,

    Like this:

    On your keyboard:
    • Windows key + R
    • type netplwiz
    • at the top check the option "users must press CTRL+ALT... etc".
    • Ok and restart the PC.

      Thank you so much. Will I be able to retrieve my user account as before with the same password, favorites, and folders? So, I will delete this new administrator account and continue with the other one, even though it sometimes asks me for administrator rights. Which I am!!
      Is this a good thing in your opinion??
