Uninstalling a stubborn program

Hello everyone.

I’m reaching out for help here because I’m a bit desperate.
Let me explain my problem. I own the Adobe suite, and like for a few years now, it is accessible and manageable via Adobe's cloud. However, for the past few days, I’ve had no access at all. They are asking me to change my password via a code sent by email, but I haven’t received anything and it’s impossible to use another method. Their customer service without a connection is nonexistent, and the only number that isn’t a premium rate doesn’t answer. I know my license was about to expire, but I find myself stuck like a fool. The only response I’ve received from them is to uninstall and reinstall their programs, BUT to uninstall them, you need to be able to log in (genius…)
Thanks to CCleaner and Revo, I was able to remove the applications (even though I had to fiddle quite a bit), however, the cloud persists, the files no longer appear on CC or Revo, nor in the Windows uninstaller windows, and when I try to delete them manually, I get an error message saying they are active in the background, yet a system scan shows they do not appear. Additionally, when I try to search for the system key, it is nowhere to be found. But the files are still there, and it’s preventing me from rebooting. And I have no other options to log in...
I’ve been going around in circles for 3 days now, and I need these programs for my work; without them, I can't eat ^^'
If anyone has a miracle solution to bypass this and force the deletion, it would be super!

Hi, have you tried going to C:, then Program Files, and deleting the folder associated with your software?

Yep, I tried it manually, it says it's running (I assume in the background), but when I run a scan, it doesn't show up in the background.

Have you tried uninstalling it manually by stopping the processes related to your software from the task manager? Or in safe mode?

Yep, but the problem persists. The folder still exists, and even after executing all the commands, it remains. There's simply this:

And it's not changing.

The "Adobe Creative Cloud Experience" directory seems to be still working. You should check in your "Adobe Cloud" account if there is a file that is still active?

Hello,
What if you restart the PC in Safe Mode and then go through the procedure again, isn't that better?
Best regards.
Regards, billmaxime

re

Have you saved your Adobe files/documents before uninstalling the Adobe suite?

If yes, to see what's running on your PC, do this and post the reports

Download FRST from (Fabar) to your desktop --> click here

PS: choose the one that corresponds to your PC (32 or 64 bits) --> click here

Run it as administrator (right-click)

At the end of the scan, the FRST and ADDITION reports will appear on your desktop and in C:\FRST\LOG

Post the reports via cjoint --> click here

See you

Well, I actually did it, here's what it is:

I went to check a bit more in detail, indeed the cloud remains active but is not detected by the software for its removal only when I try to do it manually.
