Parameter stopped and J3 2017

Hello,

My son's phone always says "settings has stopped." I can't reset it because I can't access the settings. Does anyone have a solution? I'm trying to sort through the internal storage but nothing works.

Configuration: Windows / Opera 68.0.3618.173

    Hi, it's probably a bug. Have you tried turning it off and restarting it?
