Same problem following the last update.
Very simple solution here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HF8YHEyyIAk
Stop the app "Digital Wellbeing" (Yeah, right!!!).

Hello
Have you simply turned off the phone for 1 minute before restarting it?
Best regards

Hello,

when I try to access the settings, it tells me that the application keeps crashing

In that case, you need to consider a hard reset..
Warning, a hard reset will erase all personal data ...

Make the formatting after disabling updates, never accept when you update, the problem will return, the issue is in the update.

Hello, the parameters are disabled. How to activate the parameters on my phone? My phone is ringing but I can't hear it.
