How to uninstall DriverPack?

Hello,
I have a fairly basic principle question:
Is it somewhat risky to restore the system from a restore point
just after DriverPack has updated all my drivers?
Background:
I was told to update my outdated drivers to avoid problems.
For that, I was advised to use the Snappy Drivers software, SDI LITE version.
Yesterday, on the website, when the download page for Snappy Drivers was displayed, the section with "SDI LITE" appeared but was quickly replaced by that of "DriverPack," a competitor. As a result, it looks like you're downloading Snappy Drivers, but you're actually loading DriverPack.
When you launch DriverPack, it takes over the entire page without leaving any room to intervene, it installs itself, installs other programs, installs the new drivers and... it crashes. After rebooting, everything seems normal, but you don't know what it did.
The day after installation, I see that DriverPack launches an automatic scan to check if my drivers are up to date. The result is that it claims they are.
However, yesterday I managed to find the correct Snappy Drivers.
I had it perform a scan and it found 51 driver packs to update.
As if DriverPack did nothing.
I'm hesitant to ask Snappy Drivers to update my drivers.
I want to uninstall DriverPack, but it doesn't appear in the list of installed programs and the only way to perform a complete uninstallation seems to be to restore the system from a restore point (which I had actually made two days ago).
My two questions:
1) If I restore the system from a restore point, is there a risk that it will improperly restore the old drivers and that they will malfunction? YES - NO
2) If restoring the system from a restore point is not enough to completely uninstall DriverPack, how should I proceed?
Thank you very much for this information.

Hello,
Neither, it's a scam
(I don't know the second one and haven't checked but if they offer 51 in a pack, it's suspicious)
For drivers, we usually update them as needed; it's not necessary to always be on the latest version since, like any novelty, the latest ones (supposed to fix known issues with the old ones) sometimes have a little something that needs tweaking to work well.
Restoration, yes possible, but you've added so many known and unknown things.
Check with this program if you see this drivers pack, Snappy Drivers and other unwanted ones, try to uninstall them:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/19405-revo-uninstaller/
It's in two phases
> one starts the uninstallation of the program
> the other scans for remaining traces, do this right after and check then delete everything it finds.
------------
Regarding drivers for the future
It's better to leave them and only update if there's a bug possibly related to the driver or an installation program request.
Like a game, for example, that might require or need a graphics driver update.
Do it as needed with driverscloud for example:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/48455-mettre-a-jour-ses-pilotes-gratuitement-avec-driverscloud
Free, reliable, doesn't run continuously to offer you this or that.
(it's just an agent on your PC, the rest is done through their site)

I found the answer:
Malwarebytes did the job perfectly!
It completely uninstalled the 5682 junk files installed by DriverPack.
Including the adware (additional software installed by default).
I've also heard about mishaps with DriversCloud.

Hello,
It's unnecessary to update the drivers if there's no issue with the system.
Often, device problems occur after these updates, especially for laptops!
If you insist on doing it, you need to go to the manufacturer's website for the PC or motherboard.
