Hello,
I am looking for an application that prevents a Windows user from closing certain running applications (defined by an administrator, for example) or uninstalling them, unless a password is entered, for example.
If you have any suggestions, links... I would appreciate it.
Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response,
most of the stations are running Windows 7, with some on Windows 8 (not very important).
If it can be useful, I also specify that the stations are networked with a domain controller running Windows 2003 server.

If logins are made using the domain controller, it is necessary to configure one or more non-administrator accounts (standard users) on this domain controller, and any installation/uninstallation will be impossible.
Thank you,
indeed, that would solve the installation/uninstallation issue,
but do you have any idea about how to prevent the closure of certain applications?

it all depends on the application
for example,
if the user opens the notepad, we cannot prevent them from closing it.
if it's Filezilla server, we can prevent it with an account and rights on the FTP service running in the background.
