Hello,
I have a problem. I bought the 2020 11-inch iPad Pro a week ago, and it turns out that when I turn it off (when I say off, I mean completely off, it’s powered down, I press and hold the lock button and slide to the power off button), well, if it’s at 100% before turning off, surprise, the next day when I turn it back on, it’s between 90% and 80%. The device is supposed to be turned off and therefore should not lose battery. Has anyone had this problem before? Please help me.

I solved the problem; actually, it doesn't turn off when it's plugged into a power outlet and then the cable is unplugged. That's when it discharges while off. You need to unplug it from the charger before turning it off so that it doesn't lose battery.
