My computer no longer recognizes my HP Deskjet 2630 printer.

For about two weeks now, my computer no longer recognizes my HP DESKJET 2630 printer when I plug it in.
I’ve tried two different computers, same issue.

I’ve also changed the connection cable and still the same problem.

I diagnosed the issue with HP Scan, which detects a connection problem but doesn’t resolve it.

My printer is in perfect condition; I never move it and I’ve had it for almost two years.

I don’t know what to do; do you have a solution? Thank you!
