Installation not completed, after several unsuccessful attempts, I clicked on: "return to initial configuration" and now the message keeps looping without me being able to escape: "automatic installation not completed - do you want to switch to collective installation?"
I click on NO but nothing changes, the same screen comes back and asks me the same question. Unable to return to MENU.
Is there a solution?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
Silly question, but is your dish pointed at the right satellite? And has this demo ever worked?-
Thank you for your interest in this matter.
The satellite dish was well positioned, and initially, the search found 8 TV channels and 5 radios. At this stage, none were listed in list A. It was on this observation that I wanted to start over, which led me to try resetting the terminal. The result is a screen stuck in a loop without being able to simply return to the MENU.
How can I get out of this?
Thank you
This terminal had not yet been used; I installed a new TNT SAT card.
The dish is pointed at ASTRA.
I used the application provided, which I installed on my smartphone, as a guide.
Thank you

Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
And if there's no result, return to the store, failure at the beginning (bathtub curve)

For the orientation of the satellite dish, use this website:
https://www.dishpointer.com/
- Enter your full address on the left
- Choose 19.2° East (Astra) from the list on the right
- Click on “Search!” next to your address,
- Zoom in on the map using the + button and the scroll wheel to accurately locate your house
- Place the target at the location of your dish by clicking and dragging, and use a landmark (tree, house) for orientation, first in direction then in elevation.
At the bottom right of the map, you have the elevation, azimuth, and the degree of rotation for the head in its collar (cross-polarization adjustment) in the last line "LNB Skew," which is very important.
Also use the graph bars on the decoder while communicating with someone in front of the screen by phone to refine the setting, which should normally be made with a satellite pointer.

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem since this morning... After a reset, it's searching in a loop...
Did you manage to resolve it?
Thank you in advance,
Best regards
