Hello,

I just bought a CGV Premio SAT HD
W6 terminal that I've installed in my motorhome.
I have a satellite dish that searches for satellites automatically.
I inserted the card correctly with the chip facing up.
When the dish stopped on the Astra 19 satellite and I turned on the terminal, a strange message appeared! Here it is: an E followed by an upside-down F and an I
Then nothing! No channel search, nothing!!
Can anyone shed some light on the problem?

    Hello and welcome to this forum,
    Have you checked the connections (F plugs), no antenna short circuit?
    If this decoder is new, return it to the seller, failure at startup, bathtub curve:

      But what do you mean by connection "F"?

    And I saw this too:
    Press the SOS button on the CGV remote control. The SOS menu appears.

    Press the yellow button on your CGV remote control. The channel search starts
