Rubber bands for fabric mask manufacturing ordered on April 17th... it is now May 29th and I still haven't received them. I sent 2 emails to which I received 2 automated responses with no real relevance to my questions.
I called customer service 3 times at 08 26 38 66 16 and of course, I got an answering machine. I left a message and my phone number, but no one called back, obviously!!
There is no way for me to get a refund for my €28!! A real scam, stay away!!!!!

Fraudulent site, big scam, moreover Trustpilot is in cahoots with them, incomprehensible!!! Misleading advertisement, dishonest, package received 1 month after the order, 1 bottle received instead of 3 for €16.94 whereas on Aliexpress for €1.37 you get exactly the same, I really fell for it too bad for me I won’t come back that’s for sure and certain. They buy Chinese products and sell them 10 times more expensive if not more. I don’t understand how in 2021 we allow this kind of site to scam people with impunity and that no one does anything, a shame.
Completely agree with you, false advertising and when a negative review is left on Trustpilot, it is deleted without any real verification. A two-tier scam. Site banned for me and I do counter-advertising when asked.
