Hello,
Could you please describe to me, as precisely as possible, the icons present on the handset screen using page 13 of the manual?

Good evening, it's the silence icon, the crossed circle
I can't quite manage to delete it even though I have the instructions; all I can do is make it flash but that doesn't solve anything, and I have to go back to a phone that allows me to call, my contacts can hear me..
Thank you anyway for this response

Hard.. hard to get answers to the questions
So "signal emission" normal and possibility to mute the microphone
And there is nothing else on this screen
Is this phone connected to a box?
First of all...
unplug the power supply of the base.
remove the batteries from the handset
Wait a minute and put everything back in place.
Then, if needed, unplug the power supply of the box.
Again, wait a minute before turning everything back on.

The fixed icon is, for me, normal as soon as we are in conversation.
For the right or the left, I don't have the device, but the icon is at the bottom
If you press the button below, it's normal for it to blink... and if you press it again, it turns off.
So despite restarting the box, there is still no possibility to communicate...
Do you have the possibility to try your device at a neighbor's, a friend's... and try the neighbor’s device at your place?
Is this device new?
If so, a return to customer service is necessary...

have the option to mute the microphone so that your correspondent cannot hear, if necessary, for a moment.
Once again... try to answer me...
I asked you
So far, there are two identified... what about the others?
What is the phone connected to? A standard telephone jack or a box?
I already tried unplugging and plugging it back in, apparently nothing
What did you unplug?
Did you try removing the batteries from the handset(s)?
Have you reset the box by cutting off its power supply?
On the screen, before taking the line, there is no special icon except that I'm close to the base and the battery is full
I will try to unplug everything again
Thank you very much
We now know that the batteries are charged...
I just unplugged everything, plugged it back in after more than a minute
The batteries removed and then put back?
The box too?
A Livebox? What model?
Is the phone cable properly connected to the phone socket (Green socket unless I'm mistaken)??
It's strange, I don't understand what could have happened, except for an accidental hold-up.
