Problem with my Panasonic

Hello,

I bought a Panasonic KX-TG6821, but the problem is that half the time the people who call me can’t hear me, while I can hear them just fine. What can I do? Thank you for your response.

    If this device is connected to a router, reset it.
    To do this, cut off its power supply (of the router) for one minute.
