Hello,

My connected Aya TV purchased in December 2019 keeps losing signal... The other TVs in the house are fine.. one has a built-in TNT and the other is on an HDMI TNT decoder. I have already changed the antenna. What could be the problem? Thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.138

    Well, it's the television that's the issue; try resetting it through the menu.

      Hello, thank you for your response. I've already done it, but it happens again often... sometimes it loses the signal when turning it off and on again, a short signal comes back... but not always... but you definitely mustn't zap it, otherwise it's messed up again.
