I can't really confirm the answer without the model of the television, but assuming it's the most common one, I would say: "1313" or "1346"
Some users have also been able to activate it with the code TOSHIBA 924 (for an AYA television).
Otherwise, you can simply: well, read the manual that comes with the remote control, or if it’s lost, burned, eaten, thrown away, or whatever (we always mistreat them) search for the television model online
