Hello,
I want to reset my recently purchased PC before sending it back (the touchpad is acting up). When I go to reset the PC, delete everything, it offers to either just remove the data or do it thoroughly, which I check.
But it also offers me in "workspace resources" EITHER to disable it, which will remove the configuration packages that allow my PC to use the workspace resources, OR to enable it, which will keep the provisioning packages that allow my PC to use the workspace resources.
I don't even know what that means!
Basically, I just want to send my PC back without my personal documents and exactly as it was delivered to me (without accounts, without passwords, without any apps other than the pre-installed ones...).
Could you please help me?
Thank you so much!! :)
