SITE TO AVOID! SCAM!
I placed an order on the Avenue du sac website for 2 suitcases that cost me €143.
I found this site interesting with attractive prices (thanks to the coronavirus lowering prices to clear stock).
The amount was charged the next day. But I haven't received anything from them, meaning: order receipt, order in preparation, etc. This intrigued me.
Two days later, I called them, but no one answered. I sent an email and then a second one a few days later, same scenario.
I called again, still no response.
Conclusion: Pay with PayPal because I was able to open a dispute against them and PayPal refunded me.

I am exactly in the same situation!
I ordered 2 Ganni bags, the prices were very attractive, and I called them and followed up by email. No one is responding.
IT'S A SCAM. And I have initiated today a process for fraud through a showcase site whose stock is non-existent.
This seller is clearly playing dead, no confirmation email for the order / order cancellation / receipt of my message. However, they charge you immediately. Fortunately, I was able to open a dispute with PAYPAL to get a refund.
I ordered a suitcase on this site last Sunday. After placing my order, I looked at the reviews (usually it's better to do that beforehand)! and I was very scared that I wouldn't receive my item considering the comments... especially since it was a gift for the following Sunday. As soon as I placed my order, I received a confirmation email, and on Monday I received another email informing me that my order had been processed. On Tuesday morning (being somewhat anxious), I sent them an email to ask about the delivery time, and an hour later I received a response informing me that it was being taken care of that day by Chronopost. On Wednesday, I had the suitcase, very well packaged, of very good quality... You couldn't ask for better!
Hello, why are you being malicious? The items you purchased were delivered to you (Colissimo proof), but you kept them and requested a PayPal refund. Our site has been around since 2009, and our longevity and loyal customers demonstrate our seriousness.
What a shame that the internet still has fraudulent sites like yours!
You demonstrate a lack of transparency and pathetic dishonesty. It truly takes audacity to provide such a response to a consumer when you are fully aware that no orders have been shipped.
Could you also tell me where I can find the shipping proof via Colissimo regarding my order? Because I am like this consumer with no responses to my emails or calls and no order delivered for the 2 Ganni bags I paid for.
I am led to consider your site as fraudulent and I have therefore decided to take steps regarding this matter.
