Puy du Fou Ticket Scam

Hello,

I bought 3 tickets for Puy du Fou about 2 and a half to 3 months ago from someone who goes by the name ******, but whose "exact" name might be *********. The ticket was priced at 15 euros each, so I wanted 3 and therefore sent a check for 45 euros with a tracked envelope in my name for the return. The check has been cashed, but I have never received the tickets, and the post office conducted a search based on the tracking number but found nothing.
So I've been scammed, and I'm posting this to prevent others from falling victim to at least the same person, who also sends me threatening messages claiming they'll file a complaint if I post about them online, calling me an idiot, etc............

    make sure to keep all the texts, emails, and any records of the transaction, you never know it might come in handy

    however, once again, Le Bon Coin is meant for in-person transactions! hand-to-hand
    those who don't respect that expose themselves to what happened to you! it's not the norm, fortunately, but this phenomenon is becoming more and more common
    otherwise, for distance transactions, prefer Rakuten, which holds the payment until you have received nothing

      Yes, I know, I'm keeping an eye on the messages, though without much hope. Thank you for your advice on Rakuden, which I wasn't aware of.

      Hello, same scam for tickets to Beauval with Cécile b**** from Toulouse. I sent everything and she claims she hasn't received my letter and my check... and is threatening to file a complaint... I will cancel my check given your testimony...

      I just fell for the same scam, and also by the same person for 2 tickets for Puy du Fou. She insulted me on the phone and even got her wires crossed by saying that I had bought her zoo tickets;
      She must be SELLING those too…
