Hello,
Here is my problem, my GPS Navigator V turns off when connected to the computer ????
The cable is original
It charges anywhere!
The battery lasts very well!
It works wonderfully
But for the past 6 months, when I connect it to the computer, it lights up, the computer logo appears, but after 5 seconds it turns off and then restarts ???
I don't understand???? Do you have any ideas ????

    Hello.
A connection problem with a USB port, either on the device or on the PC.
Change the port on the PC to ensure that the issue does not come from the computer but from the GPS.

      Hello
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I tried 3 different USB cables, including the original one, and all 4 USB ports on my computer, and nothing changes ????????????

    Hello.
So this comes from the software in the GPS, a failed update?? A factory reset may solve the problem.

    Hello.
Right now, I have no solution, check with the manufacturer if there is a repair file.
