Switch controller update issue

Hello,
I have a problem with my additional controllers bought for the Switch, I can't update them, making it impossible to play with four in Switch Sports... However, I bought the controllers new in the store....
The one that came with the Switch updated without any issues, but not the other two....
I've tried to resynchronize them... I have the latest console update, I don't know what else to do..... Thank you for your help

Configuration: Android / Chrome 101.0.4951.41

In the error message, my connection with the controller was interrupted.
Or the update failed....

These are counterfeit controllers; there is no guarantee that these controllers will be compatible with the Nintendo Switch.
The console can only update official controllers or those sold by third parties under official Nintendo license (which is not the case here).

Officially licensed controllers have a logo on the box that looks like the ones below:

To play Switch Sports, also ensure that the joy-cons have wireless and gyroscope functions.
The best option is to buy Nintendo joy-cons (like those included with the console) to ensure they are 100% compatible, but they cost around €70 per pair.
