Hello,
my Samsung J3 phone is not working anymore due to the message "One UI home keeps stopping..." I no longer have access to anything, my screen is blank and I can't get to the settings. What should I do to avoid losing all my data?
It only gives me the following options:
app info
close the app
send feedback.
I'm losing hope... please, what should I do??? Thank you in advance.
