Hello,
I have a printing issue from my PC running Windows 10.
I can see it in the control panel.
When I send a print job, I get a message: Please attend to your printer.
User intervention required.
There is also a message on the printer screen: waiting for resources 016-910, with a yellow triangle and an exclamation point!
I am connected via WiFi.
How can I resolve my connectivity issue between my printer and my PC?

    Hello,
    I finally found a solution on my side.
    I hope you found one in the meantime.
    My PC was sending the print request to "recycled paper" and the printer only had "regular paper" in stock.
    When I put the back in, I indicated that it was "recycled" paper and then it printed!

      Hello, thanks to you I solved my problem.
      To respond to Laatabi, I double-clicked on the little printer icon and there I was able to choose the paper that the photocopier was asking for.

      Thank you. I was also able to solve the same problem by changing the paper type in "print preferences" on my PC. I changed the quality from "heavy paper" to "plain paper" and it worked.
