New TNTSAT equipment and no signal

Hello,
I just bought a CGV Premio Sat HD-W6 TNT Sat decoder after acquiring a second TV.
The decoder finds the channels but keeps displaying the message "no signal."
Since it doesn't work on my new TV, I connected the decoder to my TV, which is already equipped with an older CGV decoder that receives channels perfectly.
I still get "no signal."
Do you have any idea what might be wrong, please?
