Hello,
For the past 2 years, I had a TNTSAT satellite installation on Astra 19.2 that was working. On 11/09/2016, I lost the signal in the early evening. Since then, it's been a huge hassle with no results.
The initial installation consisted of an 80 cm satellite dish, a universal LNB, and a STRONG 7402 HD receiver.
I checked the card: valid until 24/08/2018, that's not the issue.
I rechecked the entire installation: the cable is intact along its entire length (about 15m).
I reposition the dish and I can only get a signal strength of 98% and a quality of 0%.
An installer came to fine-tune the orientation of the dish and tested the receiver on a neighbor's installation: conclusion, the receiver must be faulty.
I bought a STRONG 7404 receiver: no reaction, regardless of the orientation of the dish. Thinking it was a device failure, I had it exchanged for a CGV Premio SAT HD-WS: same result.
I changed the reception LNB: no improvement.
Thinking there might be interference in the reception area, I moved the dish to a different location: still no signal! I had my STRONG 7402 receiver checked by a professional who told me it works, but I still have a signal strength of 98% and a quality of 0%.
Have you ever had this problem and how did you solve it?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Is the dish properly aligned to the correct Astra 1 satellite, possibly misaligned due to wind? Is BFM TV (in clear on LCN position No. 15) visible? To check the three adjustment points, rely on the bar graphs..
This Strong 7404 labeled Canal Ready, a good choice.., is indeed compatible, as seen in the 2017 terminal list, with the Tntsat and Canal offers (not the 7402), but has there been a software update in the past few days (check software version?)

The antenna was installed permanently and it hasn't moved. I had an antenna technician come in who improved the position, but the bar graphs remain hopelessly at 0. For the update, it usually happens via satellite, but when the satellite is "lost," what should be done? The Strong website does not post this update online.
Today, I opted for the internet.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards.
