Hello,
I've actually been stuck on the Asus UEFI BIOS Utility menu for several days. I don't know who messed with what on the PC (it's a family PC) because everyone is wondering what it is but I have absolutely no idea.
Here's the image:

Please, I really need help especially since I'm absolutely terrible with computers.

hello.
it's quite strange that you're stuck on the BIOS if it's been several days; it could be a Windows crash, rather than someone pressing F2 at startup in particular.
well, I'm just speculating.
but if after F5 the problem persists, then I agree with @mushu, we’ll have to get our hands dirty to get our buddy Windows back on track ^^
to reassure you, I experienced this the day before yesterday on a friend's PC; the PC crashed after I tried to install Linux for her, everything was working, I restarted the PC to Windows, and the disaster happened right after..
yet on mine, I do the same thing without any issues afterwards.
so PC crashes can happen very quickly without us necessarily expecting them.
