Hello everyone,
I have an external hard drive connected to the Shield with Plex Server. Everything works in playback except that I only have partial access to writing on the external hard drive connected to the Shield.
I have enabled "transfer files over the local network" in "storage and reset" in the Shield's settings menu.
Additionally, I have set up an FTP server on the Shield as recommended.
The hard drive is visible via the "network" folder on my PC and I can access it through "This PC". It is also accessible via FileZilla.
I can rename files via FileZilla and create new folders, but I cannot delete or move files.
Whenever I try to make a modification or move a file, I get the following error messages:
- "the file ....... is too large for the destination file system" or another error message.
Do you have any ideas to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance.
