Hello,
I made a video montage in MPEG. I placed this short film on a USB stick. My Panasonic TX-42as520e television is quite recent and has a USB port, but when I connect the USB stick, I can't play the film despite all the searches I did in the menu and trying all the possibilities of TV -> AV -> .....
The manual is not in French, but when I find a French version, nothing is detailed about using the USB port.

That's it: problem solved.
First of all, I apologize to all of you for monopolizing your attention and research, when the solution was right in front of me.
Panasonic actually sent me a PDF file via email that is nothing more than the consultable help on the TV. It is obviously much more detailed than the quick installation and user guide that came with the device.
In fact, I didn't need to enter the Menu, but rather press the APPS button (should have known!!!) to access the Multimedia server and then navigate, choose the device, select the mode (photo or video), and then start playback.
For anyone interested in this file (2 MB), feel free to ask me for it, I'll be happy to send it to you. Here’s my email: email removed by moderation, use the private messaging of the forum
