Hello,

My son has a problem with his new computer following the driver update via DriverClouds. He tried to find a solution on this site, but it didn't work. He has given up, so I'm taking over in hopes of getting it sorted...

Summary of the situation: following the driver update via DriverClouds, the computer goes into a loop attempting to repair. The only way I found to start the computer is to boot while ignoring the driver signature. It's a new computer, so there's no restore point.
Another point: he lost the Wi-Fi without us knowing if the two issues are related or not...

During startup, the computer indicates a log file in which I found this error:

Initial cause found:
---------------------------
The critical boot file c:\windows\system32\drivers\envirtahci.sys is corrupted.

Repair action: File repair
Result: Operation failed. Error code = 0x57
Duration = 1484 ms

We have already updated the Windows version (we have 1909), attempted to repair Windows, and reset without losing data. We also did a driver update with this:
https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=23&v_code=64521.

If anyone has another option, I'm all ears...

Thank you in advance for your help...

Hello,

Look at this --> Reset Windows 10
In the options, choose Restore factory settings.

Make a backup of personal data before proceeding.
