Your device has encountered a problem - DellInstrumentation Solved

Question

Hello everyone, here is my problem,

I have been using a DELL Inspiron 17 for over 3 years, I use it to work on my photo and video projects, and since yesterday while working on a video edit, I suddenly got a blue screen with this message

The computer restarted, I tried again and once again blue screen, and since then it hasn't stopped. Every 2/3 minutes the same operation.
So I tried to read the information on it and searched for the error message in vain.
However, the message at the bottom "Failed elements: DellInstrumentation.sys", so I tried to find information online, but this morning while checking my drivers I found this (which I don't know what it is or what it's for, I assume it's a DELL driver)

So I don't know the possible manipulations whether at the command prompt or elsewhere, but I am open to any help you can provide, because right now I am completely lost and unable to use and therefore work!

Hello,  For my part, I disabled the "Dell Data Vault Collector" service and it solved the problem.  Have a good day,

Hello,

All you need to do is uninstall the Dell Instrumentation driver in the Device Manager, see this link for more details: https://kbcomputerrepairs.co.uk/how-to-fix-dellinstrumentation-sys/

I had the same issue and the link (https://kbcomputerrepairs.co.uk/how-to-fix-dellinstrumentation-sys/) helped me to resolve the problem

I did, however, have to restart in safe mode to uninstall the device
