AS470H is the reference for a handset, do you have an AS470 or AS470A base (with answering machine)?
white screen!!! no inscription! but it works!!!!!!!!!
And furthermore...
Can you dial a number?
Receive a call?
Does it ring or is it the base that rings?

Check that this handset is not simply turned off:
A long press on the "Hang up" button turns the handset on or off.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...

Hello, on my Gigaset AS 470 H I no longer see the name of the person calling me but a bell instead. How can I fix this? Thank you.

AS470H is a reference for a handset...
What base do you have AS470 - AS470A or others (see under the base)?

Apart from the bell, is there anything else (like external call, for example)?
Have you asked or confirmed the presentation of the number with your operator?

No, apart from the bell, nothing else knows an AS470, but before it only did it for a number.
Maybe a manipulation to do!!
