Hello, I have a Gigaset AS 470H and a C565DECT headset, everything works perfectly except: when I make a call, I can't transfer it to my headset. ???? Thank you.

    Hello,
The C565DECT is indeed the headset from the Plantonics or Poly brand?
    https://www.poly.com/ch/fr/support/product/c565
Is it properly paired with the AS470 or AS470A phone base?
Does it ring when a call comes in?
To answer, there is a button on the headset.

If it is properly paired, after picking up the handset, you should be able to perform the procedure described on page 14 of the manual: "Internal two-call / Internal transfer" or "Participating in an external call". Isn't that right?
    The manual: https://gse.gigaset.com/fileadmin/gigaset/images/CustomerCare/Manuals/A4x/AS470A/A31008-M2501-N101-2-7719_ba.pdf

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there…

Hello, everything works perfectly except when I want to call and talk with the headset.
On the INT button, it only shows INT1 INT2 INT3, that's all. Should the headset be connected?

How many combinations do you have?

So int3 is probably the headset (which, when combined with the base, is considered the 3rd handset).
To find out, use "Internal Call"
Extract from the manual page 14

The procedure allows you to ring the handset of your choice.
