Hello,

I can't listen to the messages even though the logo is blinking. When I press the base, it tells me there are no messages. The answering machine recorder is active. Thank you

    To be able to assist you... knowing the model of your Essentiel B wave phone would be a plus..
    If you left yourself a message... that you can't find, there’s a good chance that this message is saved in your operator's voicemail.
    This would indicate a misconfiguration of the number of rings triggering your own voicemail?
    Which is your operator?

      I have 6 rings before the answering machine picks up. My operator is Orange. What steps do I need to take?
