Hello,

I have a problem with my Canon TS3150 printer.

The initial installation and configuration in "wireless" mode went well. Everything was working perfectly yesterday.
Today I'm trying to print and it no longer works.

When I try to restart the search for my router by holding down the network button, I get the error code E32. This code indicates that the printer cannot detect the router, yet it is only 2 meters away from the printer.

The "network configuration page" printed by pressing the "i" button on the printer indicates that:
- the printer is not connected to the network
- result code: c-5, which corresponds to an impossible connection to the specified network
- wireless LAN is enabled
- connection inactive
- SSID matches the name of my router.

I can't find a solution and I'm going in circles.

Please help me.

Julie

Hello,
I don't know if this will help you in finding the issues, but Canon offers a video about connecting the printer to the PC, first part in English, French to follow.
It's HERE.
Let's hope this can help you.
Best regards.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

I uninstalled/reinstalled the software on my PC and was able to resolve my issue.
The video confirms it :)

Thank you very much.
