Unable to partition the disk

Hello,

I wanted to partition my hard drive on my PC running Windows 10, but I can't manage to do it. First, I notice there are several unnecessary partitions... Is it possible to remove them? And how? Indeed, I can't delete them, everything is grayed out at that level.
Then, when I want to shrink the volume of "W10", I can only reduce it by about 1000 MB... Why? I went to the application log, but it's the first time, and I don't understand much...
I am attaching two screenshots to my message.
Can you enlighten me and help me reduce it more than what’s being suggested?

Thank you in advance.
Best regards,

    Hi,

    It’s indeed a mess.
What kind of partitioning do you want to do?

I wanted to create a new partition to install a second OS. NTFS partition, so about 150 GB. I have done it before and I didn't encounter any partitioning issues...

Install Minitool Partition Wizard, see: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-minitool-partition-wizard-free/

Enlarge partition C to the left.
Merge all partitions to the right of partition C except Recovery
      Before applying / apply
