The manufacturer of the PC does not provide a driver for Windows 10, so we are trying to find another way.
The driver mentioned above was for Windows 8 and sometimes it works with Windows 10.
No details, the software seems to be included in the driver but no information on the version.

Here we tried to install it "over" the old one
But sometimes it doesn’t work.
So we will look to uninstall your sound card and reinstall it by restarting the driver installation.
(we erase and rewrite instead of scribbling over)

So:

> right-click on the start menu
> a menu opens, choose "device manager"
> a page opens, expand (small arrow) the line "audio controller ..."
> right-click on your sound card and choose "uninstall device"
You will have no sound at that moment.
> Restart the installation of the driver provided.

See what happens after a restart.
