Hello,
I have an iPhone 6s and for about a month now, when I post a video on Snapchat, its quality is poor, even very poor (it's pixelated) while in my storage it is of very good quality. But as soon as I post it, it becomes mediocre. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't change anything. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't help either. I attempted to look online for a solution, but I couldn't find anything.
Please help me, I'm tired of this quality and I can't find a solution????????

So let me explain the problem: Snap allows a maximum quality in Moctes (less than 15MB if I remember correctly) and since your videos are heavy because you film in super quality (4k), please avoid that. Full HD is already perfect for our small screens. Just imagine, full HD already looks great on your TVs, so trying to fit 4k on Snap is like putting an elephant in a shoebox. So, to summarize, Snap doesn't support files that are too large.
