Snapchat video remove blur from a video or photo

Hello, I recorded a video of a Snapchat story from one of my friends with an emoji in the middle of the video ;) when I saved it with snapckrack, the emoji was removed but in its place, there was a blurred circle. I would like to know if it is possible to remove it. If possible, I can show you the photo.

    If this friend has partially masked their video, it's for their own reasons.

    The image belongs entirely to them.
