Devolo 550+ Wifi: No LEDs lit

Hello
I have the DLAN 550+ WIFI unit, and none of the LEDs light up when powered on.

I connected both units (Wifi and Duo) to the same outlet to facilitate troubleshooting.
I also performed a reset using a paperclip. Still no active LED.
Then I tried to pair the two units, but nothing happened.
The Cokcpit software detects the DLAN 550+ DUO unit but still not the DLAN 550+ WIFI.
I also wanted to update the firmware on this unit, but the software does not detect it either.
Is there any hope that the unit is not faulty?
For your information, both units worked initially but after a synchronization issue, they were no longer used. Due to the current strong recommendation for remote work, I wanted to reuse the powerline adapter, and here is the situation.
Thank you for your advice.

Yes, the device you plug into it (mounted) is indeed powered because these sockets are pass-through... But your conclusion is not mandatory... the data connections are made through an electronic board located in the box, which itself is powered by 5 or 12 volts, and it is this small board that activates the indicators... and it may very well not be powered at all, even if your secondary sockets are functioning...

-- Here is the user manual https://media.flixcar.com/f360cdn/Devolo_AG-2664177577-manuel-dlan-550-wifi-fr.pdf

It is worth noting that there are few buttons and indicators... all the finesse of the different commands is based on the duration of the button presses as well as the speed and color of the blinking...

-- The first PLC is connected to the BOX via an RJ45 Ethernet cable... so you can also see the (possible) blinking in the base of the RJ45 sockets... If one of the two is faulty, the connection cannot work...

-- You can also configure your PLCs with a PC connected directly via RJ45 to the PLC... it's much more certain than fleeting presses on the buttons...

-- It should be noted that these types of connections are very capricious and sensitive to the quality and interference of your electrical installation as well as surrounding (magnetic) waves.
