Network card issue on THOMSON NEO 14

Hello everyone.

After resetting my PC using a bootable USB drive (created with Rufus), I am faced with a huge problem.

After reading numerous forums, I am completely lost.

My Thomson NEO 14 PC no longer has network cards, at least the main drivers; let me explain.
During my reset, everything went very well, and at the setup menu, I was offered the option to connect to a Wi-Fi network, but none were presented to me.

So I skipped this step and found myself on my desktop where I indeed have no access to the internet, so I searched through the storage devices and ended up with only these network cards:

-WAN Miniport (IKEv2)
-WAN Miniport (IP)
-WAN Miniport (IPv6)
-WAN Miniport (L2TP)
-WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)
-WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
-WAN Miniport (PPTP)
-WAN Miniport (SSTP)

So the main REALTEK and INTEL cards (I assume) must have been completely deleted.

I don’t know what to do anymore, so if anyone has had this issue and can suggest ideas that might solve my problem, that would be great.

I remain very responsive to future answers if more "information" is needed!

Thank you in advance! :)

Hi, I have the same issue with my Thomson Neo PC, namely no network card after a new installation of Windows 10. Did you solve your problem?
Thank you.

What is the processor and the version of the OS?

If it's an Intel Atom Z3735F and Windows 10 32-bit, go to this website https://www.station-drivers.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=353&func=select&id=225&lang=en and download the second driver pack, install it and restart the PC.
