Hello,
A few days ago, after several restarts, my Philips television model 42PFL3007H/12 got stuck on a black screen with the Philips logo.
It no longer responds to commands (turning on/off, etc.).
What could be causing this problem? Is there a solution to resolve this issue?

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and the power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
