Stuck smart TV

Hello, since yesterday my smart TV is stuck on startup. It turns on, displays the JBB brand in large on the screen, then shows smart TV for about a minute before turning off. I’ve tried turning it back on hundreds of times and it's always the same issue. I’ve unplugged everything and cut off the internet, but nothing works. And I'm no longer under warranty. Has anyone encountered this problem and might be able to help me? Thank you in advance.

can you at least attempt an update? the firmware in particular? via usb (in general)

^Hello Nadellen, no I don't have access to anything. I turn on the TV and after the logos, it turns off. No button works during that time.

I am not very skilled in computers, you say it's possible to access the TV via USB?

I just read a tutorial on how to update the firmware via USB, but it's not possible because I don't have access to the TV menu.
