Hello
On my TV there are two bands with ads (Samsung LED TV Series 4 displaying logo)
I don't have the remote control to go to Web and E-POOP, what should I do?

    Hello,
    This TV is in "demo" or "store" mode, so it needs to be switched to "home" or "family" mode, but it won't be possible without the remote control.
