Hello, my JBL Go 2 has a problem???? As soon as I turn it on, it immediately switches off, what should I do... please let me know.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2

Put it on charge and press Bluetooth and + for 15 seconds, then press the ON button until it turns off.
